Our First Home
We found our house in mid 2009 as a foreclosure not even on the market yet. Thanks to my mom who is a Real estate agent with the patience of a saint. She knows a lot of people and it almost fell in her lap after months of looking {Im kinda picky}.I think we looked at every house in the neighborhood. I previewed the house with her and from the moment I walked in I knew it was OURS. I loved the open floor plan and it didn't have white cabinets.. SOLD! Lol now Eric just had to approve, which wasn't to hard. It didn't have a fenced in yard but we could work that out later.

We used a free site called Floor planner. It took a little persuasion and about 45 minutes for Eric to finish it! It's actually pretty cool seeing it all laid all out.{it's the little things that make me happy!!} Were not professionals by any means and didn't have all the measurements but this is our house!
We made some changes immediately.
*Had our 7 ft privacy fence put up!
*Painted over the HORRIBLE sunshine yellow that was on every wall.
*Had a Light fixture installed over our kitchen table.
*Replaced the huge mirrors in our master bathroom with framed mirrors
There is the Hubby painting the living room!
